Chapter CSO's Are Here For You
Our Chapter Service Officers (CSO's) provide one of the most important links for our DAV Chapter. They are responsible for providing accurate information related to benefits and services available to veterans, their dependents and survivors. |
The responsibility of our CSO's is to advise, instruct and counsel claimants and to aid in the preparation of claims for various benefits to which claimants may be entitled.
When an inquiry is taken or after an appropriate VA form is completed, such information is immediately forwarded to the DAV National Service Officer (NSO) in Las Vegas, for review in accuracy and submission to the regional office. There are ZOOM services also available. |
